Since opening its doors in 2017, El Ranchito Vargas, a proudly Latino-owned business, has served the Los Angeles & South Bay communities by providing fresh, free-range poultry options that are always steroid-free and preservative-free. Our poultry includes four uniquely delicious breeds of chicken, duck, and two tender breeds of turkey, all processed onsite daily for unmatched same-day freshness. We proudly offer products and services for retail customers, wholesale deliveries to restaurants, and bulk orders for caterers and special events, guaranteeing unmatched freshness, quality, and exceptional customer service.
All of our poultry is raised on a free-range farm in sunny Santa Clarita, CA is brought live to our Gardena store, and processed without preservatives, daily. Take your chickens, ducks, or turkeys home to cook whole OR get them professionally sliced by our in-house butchers to your liking! Please call ahead of time to place an order for custom cut poultry.
If you want even more clucking fresh chicken, El Ranchito Vargas has individual pieces of chicken for sale as well! We have a limited stock of fresh chicken part delicacies every Wednesday and on select weekends. Inventory runs out quickly, so we reccommend calling ahead of time to confirm and reserve inventory. Only same-day pickup orders are currently being accepted.

We reccommend calling ahead of time to ask for inventory on fresh chicken pieces, orders of five or more units of poultry, catering orders, or orders that require a custom cut. Call times will vary during peak hours and holiday seasons!
